Beef is essential to hamburger. Cheese isn't. But, hamburger with no cheese is tasteless and has no market. Similarly, making money is essential for a living. But life with no additives to that is close to meaninglessness. Chinese classical literature is a good lifelong option of such additives. It blends well with our daily life without being felt by most of us. In this presentation, Dr. Chang will illustrate examples that classical literature and history are everywhere in our life.
